Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck? Are you tired of repeating the same patterns and not knowing why? Are you dealing with feelings of depression, loneliness, and/or anxiety? Do you struggle with communication and/or setting boundaries? Are you wanting better relationships with others? A better relationship with yourself? Well, I can help. At Journey to Insight Counseling, my goal is to help you understand yourself. With shadow work, attachment theory, and holistic therapeutic approaches, I can help you understand your inner self to make effective change through awareness.

My approach to therapy

I strive to help you better understand your own thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Feeling stuck or repeating the same cycle can be distressing, confusing, and can make you feel hopeless. I want to help restore your hope and power by focusing on your 'why', knowing that through understanding ourselves, we can effectively change our lives.

What you can expect from me

Life is hard enough on its own. Feeling stuck while navigating life is distressing. And relationships (of all kinds) can be challenging. You do not have to figure it out alone. If you are interested in counseling, send me an email so that we can set up a consultation.
