Great to meet you!

It takes great strength to step into a space of healing and growth and meet with a counselor. I will help you navigate through that space and address any of the challenges you have experienced, are currently experiencing, or will experience moving forward. As a clinical neuropsychotherapist, I utilize a holistic, trauma-informed, evidence based and mind/body/heart healing approach. With over 20 years of personal, clinical, and practical experience, I offer a compassionate space where you can heal, grow, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, trauma-informed, and neuropsychotherapeutic approach that supports healing on emotional, mental, and physical levels. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices that honor each person’s unique story. I believe therapy isn’t about erasing the past, but about building new, healthier pathways—much like constructing a new road beside an old one—so you have better tools, choices, and patterns moving forward. Depending on your needs, I may integrate elements of somatic awareness, mindfulness, and relational work to help you reconnect with your strengths, shift old patterns, and move toward lasting growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're feeling stuck in old patterns or overwhelmed by life’s demands, I’ll meet you where you are with compassion and evidence-based tools to help you build new, healthier pathways. Together, we’ll create a personalized path toward healing, self-discovery, and a more fulfilling life.
