Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Dr. Sherille Lecque (formerly Barber), known to many as Dr. B. I am not new to the field of mental health, and have served in this field for over 38 years. My career began as a Junior in college and this is the only field I’ve ever worked in. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I have a wealth of clinical and life experience which helps me relate to others from multiple perspectives, I am also a mother of two young adult daughters.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach to therapy is helping the client to understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With couples I strive to help each see the concerns through their partners lenses and teach exercises to improve communication and increase intimacy.
