Great to meet you!

Bringing more than 14 years of clinical experience in the mental health field. My professional journey has been deeply rooted in the belief that every individual has the resilience and capacity to heal when provided with the right support. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, guiding clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a deep sense of empathy, cultural awareness, and respect for the unique life experiences of each client. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who have faced trauma, adversity, or profound loss, helping them process their experiences and reclaim a sense of peace and empowerment. For me, therapy is not just about symptom relief—it is about fostering self-discovery, resilience, and personal growth.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating safe, supportive, and collaborative spaces where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to embrace change. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership, walking alongside clients at their own pace as they navigate the challenges of healing and transformation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and cultural awareness. I believe that healing begins in a safe and supportive environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered to share their stories. Every client brings their own unique background, strengths, and challenges, and I tailor treatment to meet each individual’s needs.

I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness strategies, and interpersonal therapy to guide our work. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I integrate different methods to help clients better understand their emotions, identify patterns, and develop tools for lasting change.

At the core of my work is a belief in the resilience of the human spirit. I see therapy as a collaborative journey where I walk alongside clients, helping them make sense of their life experiences, uncover their strengths, and move toward greater peace, balance, and fulfillment. My goal is not only to address immediate concerns such as anxiety, depression, or trauma, but also to empower clients with the skills and confidence to navigate future challenges with clarity and resilience.

What you can expect from me

As a client, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where your story is honored and your goals are valued. Our work together will focus on creating a safe space for you to share openly, reflect deeply, and explore new ways of understanding yourself and your experiences.

During our sessions, we will work collaboratively to:

  • Identify the challenges you’re facing and the goals you’d like to achieve.
  • Explore underlying patterns, thoughts, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck.
  • Learn and practice evidence-based strategies to help you manage symptoms, improve coping, and build resilience.
  • Create meaningful changes that align with your values and vision for a healthier, more fulfilling life.

I tailor my approach to each individual, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness strategies. My role is to walk alongside you—offering guidance, insight, and tools—while respecting your pace and honoring your strengths.
