Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) and holistic psychotherapist. I believe that so much of what we need to heal is already within us, but it can be hard to access when it’s buried under old patterns, expectations, fear, or experiences that have shaped how we see ourselves. My hope is to offer a space where you can slow down, better understand yourself, and reconnect with who you are and what you need.

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all. My approach is person-centered and holistic, which means we’ll pay attention to all of you—not just the symptoms that brought you in. Depending on what you need, I draw from ACT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic approaches. Sometimes our work may look like learning practical tools, and other times it may mean slowing down and getting curious about where certain patterns, beliefs, or reactions come from. We’ll figure out together what feels most helpful for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll want to hear what’s bringing you to therapy, what’s been feeling difficult, and what you’d like to be different, but you don’t have to tell me your whole life story on day one. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for, begin thinking about goals together, and make sure the space feels like a good fit for you. Most importantly, you can come as you are—there’s no “right” way to show up for therapy.
