I have a Masters of Social Work and am a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey.

I specialize in supporting women to give voice to their journey in a way that heals the past traumas, yet, empowers them to move more confidently forward as a 'healed being.'

I practice from a culturally sensitive perspective and recognize the importance of providing a safe and non-judgmental space to discuss culturally sensitive issues related to emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

I focus on helping women overcome a range of issues related to traumatic events including, racial trauma, physical, sexual abuse and other global traumas.

My approach combines the specialized EMDR technique with a variety of other therapeutic modalities to provide a holistic and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. It emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship in facilitating the healing journey for my clients.
