Great to meet you!

I bring over 20 years of experience in mental health, addiction counseling, public health, and higher education leadership into my work with clients. My approach is grounded in both clinical expertise and lived experience, which allows me to meet you not just as a professional—but as a whole person who understands complexity, transition, and healing on multiple levels.

My work centers on helping individuals reconnect with who they are at their core—beyond survival, expectations, or systems that may have shaped them. I integrate emotional wellness, identity exploration, and purpose-driven growth into our work together.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, or questions around identity and purpose, I create a space where you can show up fully and begin the process of realignment and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is healing-centered, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming. I draw from evidence-based practices while holding space for the full picture of well-being, including emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual wellness.

I use my W.E.L.L.S. Method as a guiding framework to support clients in:

  • understanding themselves more deeply
  • reconnecting with their identity, values, and sense of purpose
  • processing past experiences, patterns, and ways of coping
  • building healthier ways of thinking, relating, and responding
  • moving toward alignment, clarity, and sustainable well-being

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and tailored to your unique story, needs, and goals.

For clients who desire it, I can also incorporate spirituality as a tool for meaning-making, healing, and purpose. This is always done in a way that is respectful and inclusive of all belief systems, including those who are not faith-based.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for us to begin building connection and clarity—there is no pressure to “have it all figured out.”

During our time together, we will:

  • Talk through what brought you to therapy
  • Explore what you’re currently navigating
  • Identify patterns, stressors, or areas where you feel stuck
  • Begin discussing your goals for therapy
  • Outline what working together could look like

You can expect a space that is:

  • Non-judgmental
  • Grounded and supportive
  • Thoughtful and engaging
  • Focused on helping you feel both seen and understood

By the end of the session, you will have a clearer sense of direction and whether this feels like the right fit for you.
