I also have experience providing psychoeducation and prevention for individuals within the judicial system. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to determine fit.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to providing an environment that allows clients to feel safe and express their voices without judgment. I believe mental and emotional wellness is a team effort, and my methods include a plan of action that considers the client's unique needs, values their input, and improves their quality of life.
