Great to meet you!

My approach is compassionate, practical, and personalized to each client’s goals. I help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and performance while building skills they can use in everyday life and under pressure.

Depending on your needs, we may work on focus and concentration, visualization and imagery, stress management, performance anxiety, goal-setting, emotional well-being, or recovery from difficult experiences. I also incorporate EMDR when appropriate and tailor our work to help you feel more confident, prepared, and capable both on and off the field.

My approach to therapy

During our first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to counseling, what you hope to change or improve, and what support would feel most helpful. We’ll take time to understand your current challenges, strengths, and goals so we can create a plan that fits you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free conversation and practical next steps. Whether you’re working through stress, performance pressure, a transition, or a difficult experience, we’ll begin identifying tools and strategies to help you move forward.
