Great to meet you!

I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and centered around the whole person. I take the time to listen deeply, understand where you are, and create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and respected. My goal is to build trust and empower you throughout your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I provide medication management alongside supportive therapy using evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep difficulties, panic disorders, and trauma. I also support individuals navigating family and relationship concerns.

What you can expect from me

My approach is direct, solution-oriented, and empowering, while always remaining non-judgmental and respectful of your individual experiences. I believe treatment works best when we make decisions together, communicate openly about diagnoses and treatment options, and build a plan that fits your needs and goals. I look forward to partnering with you as you work toward greater stability, resilience, and well-being.
