My approach is always to explore together with my client and find the root cause of their issues, whether depression, anxiety, or just discontentment with life. Then we problem-solve together for action steps to begin their journey to a more peaceful and hopeful future.
Though some clients just need a sounding board, I try to provide applicable techniques my clients can practice to create healthy lifestyles emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically.
