If you are truly ready to feel better, and if you are truly ready for change, Sherry Smith is the therapist for you.

My approach to therapy

Sherry Smith uses a Socratic method of communication, and a solution focused method of treatment. Sherry studied under Insoo Kim Berg, who is known for the Solution Focused Brief Therapy model, which we use today. Known as SFBT. A Brief Solution Focused modality has been shown to offer patients almost immediate results from Day 1 of Treatment. Who doesn't want to feel better right away?

What you can expect from me

Sherry Smith will ask your reason for seeking therapy and assess your particular situation for the most effective treatment suited to your needs. Sherry has over 30 years of experience, but don't be fooled, Sherry has been an avid skydiver, traveler, and adventure seeker her entire life. No moss grows under her feet so young and not so young, alike will come to know that Sherry will see you as the valuable, loved individual that you are and provide the proper care and guidance for your specific need.
