Great to meet you!

Life can look good on the outside and still feel overwhelming on the inside. You may be successful in your career, deeply committed to your relationships, or have built a life you once dreamed of, yet find yourself feeling anxious, exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next.

I work with individuals who feel inundated by life's demands, spread too thin, or trapped in circumstances that no longer feel aligned with who they are becoming. Perhaps you're navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or stress, questioning your career or relationships, or simply wondering, “Is this really how I want to live?”

My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding yourself more deeply. Together, we can explore the patterns, beliefs, expectations, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck, while developing practical tools to help you feel more grounded, clear, and empowered.

With over two decades of experience as a psychotherapist, I bring an integrative approach that incorporates mindfulness, mind-body awareness, and deeper exploration of identity and meaning. My goal isn't simply to help you manage the chaos. It's to help you reconnect with yourself so you can create a life that feels more peaceful, purposeful, and authentically yours.

You don't have to keep pushing through. There is another way to live, and you don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and reconnect with yourself. I provide compassionate, integrative psychotherapy for individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, relationship challenges, and questions around sexuality and gender identity.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in the understanding that your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and life experiences are all connected. Rather than simply focusing on what's wrong, we work together to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and identify ways to create meaningful, sustainable change.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to help you develop greater awareness of your thoughts and emotional patterns, manage difficult emotions, reduce anxiety and stress, and respond to life's challenges with greater clarity and intention.

I also incorporate mindfulness and mind-body awareness to help you become more present and connected to yourself. My goal is for therapy to be more than a place where you talk about what's happening. I want it to be a space where you gain practical tools, deepen your self-understanding, and begin to feel more grounded and empowered in your everyday life.

Whether you're struggling to cope with where you are, processing something painful from your past, or simply know that something needs to change, you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we can create space for healing, greater peace, and a life that feels more authentically yours.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what feels most challenging right now, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy.

I’ll take time to understand you as a whole person, including your current circumstances, relationships, emotional well-being, and the experiences that have shaped you. We’ll begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to your stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck, while also exploring your existing strengths and resources.

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you arrive. My goal is for you to leave your first session with greater clarity about what you’re experiencing, a sense of where we might begin, and the feeling that you have a partner in the process.

Over time, our work can help you develop greater self-awareness, stronger emotional regulation, and practical skills for managing stress and anxiety so you can feel more grounded, present, and empowered in your life.
