Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree earned in 2010 and clinical licensure obtained in 2016. I bring extensive experience supporting trauma survivors, Veterans, First Responders, and families across medical, community, and correctional settings. I'm known for my grounded presence, clinical clarity, and ability to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered.

My background includes work with at‐risk youth, intimate partner violence advocacy, residential program development for youth who experienced sexual exploitation, hospice care, and clinical oversight. These experiences shape my deep understanding of complex trauma and resilience. My therapeutic approach is trauma‐informed, person‐centered, and rooted in integrity, compassion, and respect. I integrate evidence‐based practices with a steady, relational style that helps clients move toward healing at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

In addition to my clinical work, I'm a mentor and leader within healthcare, where I support clinical supervision, onboarding, evaluations, professional growth, and team development. I also maintain a private practice, offering confidential, individualized care tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

Trained in equine‐assisted psychotherapy, Brainspotting, and Core Gifts (among other modalities), and am a level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I value innovative, experiential approaches that honor the whole person. Across all roles, I strives to help individuals and teams build resilience, restore hope, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a steady, person‐centered, and trauma‐informed style that prioritizes safety, trust, and collaboration. My goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported as they navigate their experiences. I work at a pace that honors each person’s readiness, integrating evidence‐based practices with a calm, relational presence. I believe healing happens through connection, clarity, and empowerment, and I strive to help clients build resilience, deepen self‐understanding, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely welcomed. We’ll spend time building rapport and talking about what brought you in, making sure it feels like the right fit for both of us. I’ll check in about confidentiality so you feel clear about how your information is protected, and we’ll move through any initial assessments at a pace that feels manageable. From there, we’ll begin exploring what you hope to gain from therapy and start shaping goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling understood, informed, and not alone in the process
