Shiann Metheny, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and proud mom through adoption after navigating her own journey with infertility. Her career began in fostering and working with at-risk youth and families in residential and community mental health settings.

Over time, Shiann transitioned to private practice and now specializes in supporting women and couples facing infertility, adoption, pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss, and postpartum challenges.

My approach to therapy

Shiann is a certified Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Educator and a member of the American Counseling Association and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. Licensed in multiple states, she is committed to providing a safe, inclusive space for individuals of all races, ethnicities, and faith backgrounds.
