Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Shiloh. I’m a native Texan, Navy veteran, and explorer at heart who feels deeply called to the work of healing and growth. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from University of Alaska in 2013 and my Master of Social Work from University of Texas at Arlington in 2016. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Minnesota.

I work with adults who feel disconnected from themselves, unsure of their voice, or stuck in patterns that leave them feeling small or powerless. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but carry the quiet weight of trauma, anxiety, or self-doubt internally. If you struggle with people-pleasing, weak boundaries, or a constant sense of second-guessing yourself, you are not alone. Trauma — whether acute or relational — can shape how we see ourselves and what we believe we’re allowed to want. Over time, it can disconnect us from our inner authority and sense of choice.

Therapy with me is a space to slow down and feel safe enough to explore what’s been carried for too long. Together, we work to rebuild trust in yourself, strengthen your voice, and reconnect with your inherent resilience. My approach is supportive, grounded, and empowering — helping you move beyond “just coping” toward real, lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me spending time in nature or getting lost in a new fantasy book series — both of which remind me that growth often begins with curiosity and courage.

My approach to therapy

I often work with women and men who:

  • -Feel disempowered, stuck, or unsure of themselves
  • -Struggle with people-pleasing, self doubt, or weak boundaries
  • -Have experienced emotional, relational trauma -Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies or emotions
  • -Are tired of "just coping" and want real, lasting change

What you can expect from me

Our first session is not an interrogation or a search for what is 'broken'. Instead, it is a chance to learn more about each other and what support you are needing.
