I want to start by acknowledging this big step you are taking by engaging in therapy. I hope that I can be part of your wellness journey. I help clients to pursue their goals of how they want to be by working through challenges related to stress, anxiety, current issues, past experiences, and just the ups and downs of life. I’m licensed in Maine and Florida and have over 20 years of experience working with youth, adults, families, and communities. I mainly work with teens and adults.

Engaging in therapy is a deeply personal experience. I strive to create a safe space where you will feel supported to work through whatever challenges you are facing. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, culturally-affirming, socially conscious, & trauma-informed. We will work on processing your experiences and learning techniques to help you grow.

I will take time to understand you in all ways you are comfortable sharing with me: what you're struggling with; your goals; and your relationships to family, friends, community, and larger world around you.
