Great to meet you!

I am a BIPOC therapist who is passionate about creating an affirming, inclusive space where clients from diverse backgrounds feel safe, respected, and supported. For 10+ years, I have worked with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community experiencing depression, anxiety, complex PTSD, and adjustment disorders. During this time I have helped navigate life's challenges while building greater self-understanding, resilience, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I provide a space where we can explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, physical experiences, and relationships while working toward meaningful change.

Whether you're facing a major life transition, processing past trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will identify strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and create a path toward greater alignment with your mental health and life goals. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
