Great to meet you!

I'm a clinical psychologist specializing in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD in teens and adults, and providing evidence-based therapy for these conditions (FBT, CBT, DBT, IPT). I help clients and families make real progress using treatments that are backed by research and tailored to their unique needs. I was trained at Stanford University Eating Disorders Program.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and active. I offer support and structure, and use effective, practical, and research-based methods. Whether you’re a teen struggling with food and body image, a parent navigating your child’s recovery, or an adult managing anxiety or trauma, I’ll meet you where you are, and help you move toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I offer virtual therapy, with evening, Friday, and Sunday slots. I have extensive experience working with Hebrew-speaking families, immigrants, and multicultural clients. If you’re looking for a therapist with deep expertise and a practical but compassionate approach, I’d be glad to talk and see if we’re a good fit.
