I have 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I relish learning and helping others. I have worked with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Addiction, Substance Abuse, Trauma, Self-Esteem, Sexual Victimization, Bereavement, Attention Deficient Hypersensitivity Disorder, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Suicide Ideations and other mental health and addiction issues. I have worked extensively with persons with serious pervasive mental illness, those experiencing identity struggles and substance misuse disorders. I am comfortable with whatever stage of distress a client may need support and intervention.

My approach to therapy

Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Behavior Modification, Mindfulness, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Christian Counseling if requested to help bring about change.
