I will ask questions about your emotional well-being, current stressors, important life experiences, and strengths. This helps me gain a clear understanding of your needs and allows us to begin developing a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
Together, we'll identify your goals for therapy, whether that involves improving communication in your relationship, managing anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, rebuilding trust, navigating grief, or adjusting to a major life transition. You can expect to leave the first session with a better understanding of how therapy can help, a sense of direction, and initial strategies or insights to begin moving forward.
