Great to meet you!

I bring a warm, holistic perspective to therapy, attending to both the internal experiences and the external pressures that shape a woman's well-being. My practice has evolved meaningfully over the years beginning with parents and children navigating specific challenges, and growing into a focused commitment to empowering women across all stages of life.

I understand firsthand what it means to move between worlds. Growing up in Brooklyn as the daughter of immigrant parents, and now living in South Florida, I have been shaped by diverse cultures, communities, and perspectives. My love of travel has deepened that curiosity about the human experience. In the therapy room, this translates into a genuine ability to meet you where you are regardless of your background, your story, or how far from yourself you may feel right now.

My approach to therapy

If you have been putting yourself last, second-guessing your choices, or quietly carrying more than feels manageable — this is your invitation to begin. Therapy is not about being broken. It is about being human, and choosing to grow.

I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.

What you can expect from me

As your therapist, we will work together to overcome the life challenges, and gain self confidence to move forward towards the second half of your life
