I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Florida, Maine, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, with 12 years of experience.

I recognize how challenging it is to find a provider that you are comfortable with, especially when you feel you are at your most vulnerable. I offer a safe, secure, affirming environment for everyone who seeks to become the best version of themselves.

I have extensive experience in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic illness, a cancer diagnosis, and in providing a safe, affirming space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I offer an eclectic approach to therapy, using concepts from multiple treatment modalities. I believe there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy, and will work with you to determine what best fits your individual needs, and empowers you to accomplish your goals!

I encourage an introductory consultation call, free of charge, to determine your level of comfort in working together. Following that, we will engage in sessions in a relaxed manner, using a conversational approach. We will work together to help you determine the goals that are relevant to you, and progress forward at a pace that is comfortable, yet challenging in a way that feels safe and affirming.
