Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Shoshana, and I work with kids, teens young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, and the pressure of figuring out who they are. I believe therapy is a space to slow down, get honest with yourself, and find your footing. Whether you're overwhelmed by school, work, or relationships, I'm here to help you build a life that feels genuinely yours.

My approach to therapy

My approach starts with you as a person, not a diagnosis. I draw on insight-oriented, skills-based, and expressive methods depending on what's most useful: from helping you notice thought patterns that hold you back, to using creative tools when words aren't enough. Sessions feel collaborative, not like you're being studied. We go at your pace and build from your strengths.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk through what brought you here and what you're hoping to feel differently. I'll listen, ask a few questions, and we'll start mapping out what healing looks like for you. No homework, no pressure, just a real conversation. You'll walk out knowing exactly what we're working on and why.
