Great to meet you!

My practice is intended to help individuals, couples, and families navigate and effectively adapt to life cycle stages of change and transition. With adults I strive to help them address past trauma and associated symptoms of mal-adative coping mechanisms so that they can reach their fullest desired potential. I also specialize in working with children, teens, and parents to address behavior challenges, promote skill development, and assist kids experiencing positive self esteem and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to my clients specific presenting concerns and hopes for change. With my adult individuals, families and couples I approach therapy utilizing an integration of systemic family therapy modalities including but not limited to, narrative, experiential, and solution focused therapy. With children, I practice non-directive child centered play therapy and I encourage parent involvement through monthly parent coaching and/or processing support.

What you can expect from me

I genuinely love building meaningful relationships conducive to vulnerability, honesty, and commitment with all of my clients. I will meet you with unconditional positive regard as you process internal conflicts and envision new solutions to your current problems. I view my client's as the expert, and my role as a curios co-collaborator there to help you collect evidence that speaks to your capacity to achieve and sustain change that you desire.
