Great to meet you!

Most of us never saw healthy communication growing up—and that makes connection feel harder than it should. As your relationship therapist/coach, I help individuals and couples develop relational competence so you can break old patterns, communicate with clarity, and create more secure and nurturing relationships.

  • My in-person days: Tuesdays, Thursdays.
  • My online days: Monday afternoon, Wednesday morning, Fridays.

My approach to therapy

I integrate multiple therapy modalities with focuses on emotions, interpersonal dynamics, strengthening of the nervous system, the body-mind connection, and social justice.

I see a therapist's full presence and engagement in counseling as critical to effective therapy. A good therapist not only uses active listening but also thoughtful questions and feedback to promote client engagement and changes.

What you can expect from me

  • a clear vision of your goals in therapy and how we can get there together with the help of evidence-based therapy approaches.
  • in-depth, humanistic, and science-based understanding of your experiences.
  • apart from the focus on your therapy goals, we will talk about your experiences with me so that I can continuously tailor my approach to your needs.
  • compassion, empowerment, and support that nourish your self-leadership which will promote positive changes in your everyday life.
