Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Siannan. I'm so happy you are here! I want you to know that I genuinely care about your story and how you got here. I have a background as a parole officer working with people in a special needs offender program, which showed me how powerful early, compassionate care can be. I work with individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and I am especially passionate about supporting and empowering women. My clients are typically adolescents through seniors.

My approach to therapy

My approach is conversational and behavior based, using CBT, person centered, and solution focused therapy. We look at how your past and upbringing shaped you, how current patterns show up, and what feels like a real problem right now. You know yourself better than anyone, so we will collaborate, explore what you are willing to try, and practice small, realistic changes that build confidence over time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed conversation. I will ask about how you grew up, where you come from, and what brought you to therapy, and I invite you to ask me questions too. We start by building rapport and safety, then begin to name what you want to change. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, not judged, and a bit more hopeful. When you are ready, book with me through my calendar to schedule a session.
