Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Dr. Sidney Arrington!

I provide specialized services for individuals seeking FMLA support, custody evaluations, psychological assessments, fitness for trial, forensic evaluations, ESA letters, or court-related documentation.

I specialize in providing compassionate, culturally responsive therapy with a focus on supporting individuals navigating stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions.

With a background in both clinical social work and criminal justice, I bring a holistic and justice-informed perspective to the work I do. I’m currently completing my PhD in Criminal Justice, which deepens my understanding of the systemic factors that impact mental health, especially for historically marginalized communities.

I have extensive experience working with clients facing workplace stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and identity exploration.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and inner child work. I believe in meeting you where you are, affirming your lived experience, and helping you create a life that feels aligned, empowered, and whole.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're seeking a space to process, heal, or grow—I'm here to walk with you through it. Therapy with me is not about fixing you—it's about supporting you as you rediscover your own strength.
