Great to meet you!

What you should know about me is that I value authenticity, warmth, and real conversation. I know how easy it is to put on a brave face while quietly carrying anxiety, stress, or past trauma, and I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are without judgment.

With nearly 21 years of experience in the mental health field—including 14 years as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and credentialed as a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) since 2025—I specialize exclusively in individual therapy for adults across all life stages navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and major life transitions.

In my practice, I offer a dedicated space for you to process your emotions at your own pace, paired with practical, evidence-based tools tailored to your unique needs. I believe effective therapy gives you both the room to talk through what you're experiencing and a clear roadmap to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My style is practical, compassionate, and tailored to your goals. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model, I integrate evidence-based approaches to give you real-world results:

Mindset & Thought Patterns (CBT & ACT): Structure to help you restructure unhelpful thinking, practice self-compassion, and navigate difficult emotions while staying grounded in your core values.

Emotion Regulation & Relationships (DBT): Practical skills to handle intense emotions, increase distress tolerance, and communicate clearly in your relationships.

Targeted Symptom & Trauma Relief (Unified Protocol & Exposure Therapy): Specialized, step-by-step frameworks to safely confront fears, reduce avoidance, and overcome feeling stuck.

Goal-Oriented Action (SFBT & Motivational Interviewing): Approaches designed to resolve ambivalence, tap into your existing strengths, and build momentum toward positive change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a warm, low-pressure intake focused entirely on your unique story, challenges, and goals. From there, we will collaborate to build a personalized treatment plan—choosing the exact tools and therapeutic strategies that best fit your life, ensuring you always feel supported and in control of your care.
