Great to meet you!

In the 30 years of my professional development, I have created a unique approach to bring hope and strength, healing and transformation to my clients. Your empowerment happens through acceptance, trust, forgiveness and gratitude. Throughout the years I have worked in private practice, various healing centers, hospitals, schools and RTC's with youth and adults.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in clearing out unconscious behaviors while addressing issues on the conscious and unconscious levels. I offer: humanistic counseling, IFS, Transpersonal Psychology, hypnotherapy, & expressive arts therapy with an emphasis on intuitive & spiritual well being. Transformation can take place with willingness and commitment.

What you can expect from me

My philosophy is based on strengthening your relationship with Self, others and with your worldview. The way to transform negativity, challenges and past trauma is through changing our perspective lens and opening up to greater awareness. Acceptance of "what is" and self forgiveness are intermediaries to attaining the peace that you seek. In addition to being your counselor, I am honored to be your confidante, supporter and advocate.
