Great to meet you!

Sitonja Valenzuela is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor for individuals in Fayetteville, NC specializing in helping her clients with body image issues. My approach to therapy

In session with Sitonja, clients learn more about their thoughts and behaviors as well as the role that their thoughts and behaviors play with their emotions. Using integrated therapy approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt), solution-focused interventions, and reality therapy to teach clients about harmful thought patterns. She is a strengths-based therapist, which means that she believes wholeheartedly that each client has everything they need within and around them to heal.

What you can expect from me

Together, Sitonja and her clients leverage these strengths to find purpose by transforming fear into goals that will encourage growth.
