Are you struggling with anxiety, burnout, grief, or depression - or carrying the weight of past trauma, sleepless nights, or acculturation/immigration-related stress? You don’t have to deal with these challenges alone. I am a licensed Psychologist in Idaho with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Penn State University. My approach to therapy

Using evidence-based approaches, I have specialty in helping people effectively address these concerns, gain a better understanding of self and relationships, and build practical tools for meaningful change. My seven years of clinical experience include independent practice, doctoral training, an APA-accredited internship, and postdoctoral supervision.
