I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD in Psychology from Meridian University (2025). For over 18 years, I have supported adults in navigating life transitions, healing from trauma, and deepening their connection to themselves and others, while also navigating my own personal life and development through family, connections, and my education.
My approach blends evidence-based practices with a humanistic and integrative style, drawing from EMDR, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and expressive arts therapy. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, grief, and the effects of disconnection from one’s authentic self.
