Great to meet you!

I'm here to actually engage with you. I'll be honest with you, I'll push back when it's useful, and I won't waste your time with jargon or formulas.

If you've never done therapy before, or tried it and hated it - that's actually my favorite place to start.

When I'm not in session, I'm probably sailing somewhere in the Pacific Northwest with a corgi and two huskies on deck.

p.s. Though not listed here, I am in-network with Trillium and can accept a few different OHP (Oregon Health Plan) options, but not CareOregon currently.

My approach to therapy

My approach is casual, conversational, and centered on building real connection. I don’t use worksheets or scripts, and I won’t treat you like a project to be fixed. I lean into humanistic and person-centered values, offering a space grounded in curiosity, humor, and unconditional positive regard. Therapy with me is more about exploring what matters to you than following any rigid formula.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, seen, and supported. You can expect space to reflect, laugh, vent, explore, and untangle whatever's been weighing on you. Over time, many people find more clarity in their values, more ease in their relationships, and a stronger sense of self they can trust, without needing to change who they are.
