Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a dedicated therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University and a passion for helping others heal and grow. My journey began in 2018 when I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and started working as a case manager in school districts, supporting children and teenagers. This experience inspired me to further my education and deepen my impact by becoming a therapist.

Since completing my master’s program, I’ve been committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to clients of all backgrounds. I have specialized training in CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR therapy—an approach I particularly love because of its powerful impact on trauma recovery. My clinical work has included helping individuals navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic illnesses.

Above all, I truly love what I do. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel seen and heard, and to help you build the tools and confidence you need to thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is open-minded and non-judgmental. I believe in creating a warm and safe environment where you can be yourself and feel heard. I truly value the unique perspectives and experiences that each person brings to the table. I also believe that therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time—sometimes, sharing a laugh together can be just as healing as working through difficult topics.

I especially enjoy working with teenagers and young adults, supporting them through the unique challenges they face during this important stage of life. My style is collaborative and flexible, always tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you’re navigating tough emotions or seeking personal growth, I’m here to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a balance of supportive listening and practical solutions. I’m a solution-oriented therapist who loves working with clients to set achievable goals and take actionable steps toward them. At the same time, I understand how powerful it is to have someone who truly hears you and validates your experiences.

My hope is that you leave our sessions feeling both heard and empowered—like you have a safe place to share your struggles and a clear path forward. Whether we’re focusing on coping skills, personal growth, or simply processing life’s challenges, I’ll be there to support and guide you every step of the way.
