Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist with 15 years experience helping adults untangle the patterns that keep them stuck — in relationships, in their own heads, and in family systems that were never healthy to begin with. I work from a direct, no-fluff approach that is warm but honest. I'm not going to let you stay comfortable in the same story if that story is keeping you small.

My own life experience informs how I show up — I understand what it feels like to do the hard work of unlearning, and I bring that into the room without making it about me. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and I take it seriously that you're trusting me with the parts of yourself you don't show everyone.

I work best with people who are ready to do more than just talk about their problems — who want to actually understand them, challenge them, and move through them. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are and push you forward at the same time, we're probably a good fit.

My approach to therapy

I help clients identify and shift the relational and emotional patterns that keep showing up in their lives — anxious attachment, low self-worth, codependency, people-pleasing, and unhealthy family dynamics that were never theirs to carry in the first place. My approach is direct, compassionate, and evidence-based, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness to help clients understand not just what they're doing but why — and how to actually change it.

Reaching out for therapy often means you've been holding it together on your own for too long. You deserve a space where you can be honest about what's really going on, start to trust yourself again, and build relationships that don't cost you your sense of self. When you're ready, I'm here.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to talk openly about what's been weighing on you — whether that's a relationship that keeps hurting you, patterns you can't seem to stop, family dynamics you're still untangling, or a general sense that something needs to change but you don't know where to start. We'll talk through what's going on, what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and what working together could look like. There's no pressure to have it figured out before you walk in.
