Great to meet you!

I provide thoughtful, compassionate therapy for children and adults in Oregon. I work with people navigating anxiety, relationship stress, burnout, life transitions, chronic illness, and self-critical or people-pleasing patterns. I am especially passionate about creating a culturally responsive and affirming space for clients exploring the impact of race, culture, and religion on their emotional wellbeing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Portland State University, and I have advanced training in Child-Centered Play Therapy.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. My approach is person-centered and insight-oriented, balancing emotional depth with practical reflection and support. I’ll will bring curiosity and compassion to our work so we can find and address the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Soon, you will be able to bring a new sense of grounding, self-awareness, and confidence into your life and relationships!

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a compassionate and affirming environment where they can show up exactly as they are. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, the challenges or patterns you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope might feel different in your life or relationships. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so my goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and supported while beginning to build a clearer sense of direction for our work together.
