Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Solange, and I believe healing begins with being truly seen and heard.

As a licensed mental health therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult seasons — whether it’s anxiety that just won’t quiet, grief that lingers, or the weight of past wounds that still show up in the present. My work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and creating a space where you don’t have to shrink or pretend — you get to be your full self.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, but I also honor the unique story each person brings. I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” — it’s about rediscovering your strength, reconnecting with your purpose, and rewriting the narrative in a way that makes sense for you.

If you’re tired of carrying it all alone, I’m here to walk alongside you, with curiosity, care, and zero judgment.

Let’s do the deep work together.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to suit each individual’s unique needs. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or communication issues, I’m here to help you process emotions and develop the tools to cope with life’s stressors more effectively. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship, where trust, collaboration, and openness are the foundations of healing.

What you can expect from me

I employ a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and trauma-informed care, to guide clients through challenges. Together, we’ll work to identify triggers, recognize early warning signs of stress, and prepare you with effective resources to manage future stressors. I also place a strong emphasis on self-awareness and emotional regulation, so you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your reactions.
