Great to meet you!

My mission is to help individuals and families improve their lives through effective mental health counseling. My goal is to empower my clients and offer them skills that will help them overcome challenges they face, so they are able to live a full and happy life. I believe it's my job to be there to assist my clients as they overcome life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients to meet their goals. I use a combination of techniques including CBT and DBT.

What you can expect from me

It is really up to the client what they take away from therapy. I listen to their needs and we go from there. Maybe we need to process trauma. Maybe we need to improve coping skills. What they take away from each session is completely dependent on their personal needs.
