Great to meet you!

I have extensive history working with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, as if their lives are out of control and wanting to be supported in a nonjudgmental way. I am passionate about working with individuals from all walks of life. It is important for me to provide a safe space for individuals to be allowed to speak about their experiences as they work through the challenges that exist within their lives.

My approach to therapy

I have worked within a variety of settings, ranging in different levels of intensity. The approaches that I frequently apply are DBT, CBT and Motivational interviewing. I also am aware that other modalities may be more appropriate, if that is determined. I am a believer that individuals are in charge of their treatment and I my role is to offer support.

What you can expect from me

During our initial meeting, we will discuss the events that led to you making the decision to obtain assistance. We will identify what goals you would want to achieve during this experience. There will also be opportunity for you to ask me questions and get to know me better.
