Great to meet you!

I enjoy helping others explore the intricate details of their lives. In my years of experience I have assisted clients in grappling with a wide range of difficulties, from health conditions such as chronic pain and recovery from stroke—to symptoms of stress, depression, or trauma, or grappling with questions about life, religion, grief, or the meaning of existence.

My approach to therapy

In using values exploration, cultural identity, and mindful connection to the body and internal world, I assist clients with attaining a broader perspective of self that incorporates wellness on an individual level.

This coupled with humor, self-compassion, and "realness" go a long way in helping clients achieve outcomes that impact them and their inner world.

What you can expect from me

Though treatment is not a panacea for life’s problems, it can offer the place and space to uncover and discover “the better” you have been seeking. Through collaboration and honest dialogue, I may assist you with your life’s complexities. So contact me today to discover more and chat further, because with Sol Wellness Psychology, better begins today...
