Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m glad you’re here!

As a licensed counselor with four years of experience, I support adolescents, young and older adults through emotional challenges and life transitions. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate environments and athletics, including working with professional athletes, I bring a personal understanding of performance pressures, competition, career challenges, and life changes. These experiences shape my approach and allow me to connect with and provide relatable, compassionate support tailored to each individual.

My approach to therapy

My approach is flexible, meeting you where you are and supporting your needs. I help clients navigate depression, anxiety, grief, loneliness, self-esteem, anger, and life transitions. Using person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused approaches, I customize therapy to help you build confidence, resilience, and techniques to help navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space to share what brings you to therapy at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll get to know one another, explore your concerns and goals, and begin identifying ways we can work together to support your well-being and personal growth. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
