Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience in behavioral health. I believe that prioritizing mental health is essential to living a balanced and fulfilling life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest steps, and I strive to provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment. Since 2022, I have focused my practice on mental health therapy after years of working in substance use treatment. I work collaboratively with clients to build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and navigate life's challenges. My goal is to help individuals achieve meaningful, lasting growth and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person has their own story and deserves a person-centered approach to care. When we work together, we become partners in your therapeutic journey, collaborating to help you reach your goals. Building a trusting relationship through open communication and mutual respect is important to me. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Along the way, I will listen, challenge, and encourage you as you work toward growth, healing, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

We'll begin with an introductory session where you'll have the opportunity to share your story, discuss your concerns, and explore your goals for therapy. Together, we'll develop a plan tailored to your unique needs and desired outcomes. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where you feel safe being open and vulnerable. As therapy progresses, we'll work collaboratively to build on your strengths, navigate challenges, and achieve meaningful, lasting growth and change.
