Great to meet you!

With 19 years of clinical and leadership experience, I bring advanced training in neuropsychotherapy and integrative trauma care to every session. I hold dual doctorates in Marriage and Family Therapy (DMFT) and Healthcare Administration (DHA), along with postdoctoral certifications in Neuropsychotherapy and Neurocriminology. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy to meet your unique needs.

My work centers on emotional regulation, trauma recovery, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, attachment, and relational healing—supporting growth and thriving across mind, body, and brain. Beyond direct care, I also guide clinicians and organizations in applying evidence-based, brain-informed practices to strengthen their models of care.

My approach to therapy

I help adults find healing and resilience through a compassionate, neuroscience-based approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, person-centered approach where your experiences, values, and goals are at the heart of our work. My passion lies in supporting individuals and families as they build stronger connections, develop resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll begin to explore what matters most to you—and how we can work toward healthier minds, relationships, and communities.
