Great to meet you!

I'm an experienced psychotherapist licensed in Connecticut, Vermont, Maine, and Colorado, and am a registered tele-health provider in Florida; I have years of experience with tele-therapy, and I'm passionate about tele-health which makes meaningful support and treatment accessible, affordable, and convenient to so many. In my tele-therapy, hospital, and private practice work, it’s been a privilege to serve hundreds of clients with anxiety issues, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and acute stress. Emotional anguish comes from the destabilization of one’s grounding, sense of belonging, dignity, trust, identity — and good therapy helps to restore emotional balance, confidence, and peace of mind. We’ll use dialectical behavior therapy, anxiety resolution, mindfulness, and humor to help you feel more empowered, clear-headed, and engaged in life!

My approach to therapy

Clients can expect client-focused, active listening, validation, and supportive challenging of any nonconstructive beliefs, in our sessions.
