Great to meet you!

Therapy with me is not about "fixing you"—it’s about supporting you in reconnecting with your strength, finding clarity, and moving through life with more ease and a stronger sense of self. Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative space to make sense of your experience while honoring all the parts of who you are—your identity, your story, your values, as well as the pain you carry. Whether you’re navigating the shifts of parenthood, grieving a loss, wrestling with depression, anxiety, and trauma, or facing a crossroads, my practice offers a steady space to recenter, explore, and move forward with clarity and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and personalized. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self-Compassion, Attachment Theory, and an eclectic range of evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs. I work collaboratively with each client to create a path forward that feels authentic and supportive. I’m also certified in Ecopsychology, a nature-based approach that honors our innate connection to the natural world and recognizes it as a steady and healing presence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a chance to get to know each other a bit. While I will explore much of your background and what brings you to therapy at this point, I also respect any curiosity or discomfort that can come up with beginning a new therapy journey. At its core, therapy is about finding a connection that feels authentic, trusting, and honest, and sometimes this can take time to build. Our first session will be a chance to see the potential for such a connection to grow. And I would be honored to have the opportunity to take that first step together.
