Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 8 years of experience. I have experience working with a diverse range of individuals and specialize in helping those with concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationships, transitions, gender and sexuality, identity and intersectionality, trauma and survivorship, and HIV/AIDS.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach to therapy informed by interpersonal, strengths-based, cognitive-behavioral, harm reduction, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive perspectives. I believe that 'fit' with your therapist is one of the most important aspects of treatment and encourage you to give me feedback about your treatment and our relationship.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to taking a collaborative approach to your goals and care. I strive to be warm and non-judgemental and believe that you are the expert in your own experience.
