Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of professional experience supporting individuals through challenges such as anxiety, grief, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem issues. My work has taken place across diverse settings, including the public school system, colleges, community agencies, and private practice, where I have supported adolescents, young adults, and professionals. I also have experience working with couples and individuals navigating major life changes.

My educational background and clinical training have equipped me to work with a wide range of populations, and I bring a practical, compassionate approach to the therapeutic process. I am particularly interested in helping clients build resilience and find clarity during periods of transition and growth.

I use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, while also exploring the deeper patterns and experiences that influence how you think, feel, and relate to others. My goal is to equip you with practical tools you can apply in your daily life, while also helping you build insight and self-awareness. I strive to create a space where your experiences are validated, while gently supporting you in recognizing patterns and making meaningful, lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. We’ll start by talking about what brings you in or what feels challenging. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and any patterns or experiences that may be relevant. This is a conversation, so you’re always in control of what you choose to share and at what pace.

We’ll also discuss your goals, even if they’re not fully clear yet. Part of the process is helping you define what meaningful progress looks like for you. In addition, I’ll explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and make sure you feel comfortable with the process.
