I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, adjustment issues, and trauma. I provide professional clinical counseling and therapy to individuals with mental health problems, psychiatric disorders and the dual diagnosis population. I am eclectic in my theoretical approach based on the client’s needs. I focus on many areas of the client's life, ranging from social and family relationships, personal and professional goals, health, spirituality, and life stressors. My approach to therapy

Psychotherapy, also referred to counseling or talk therapy which is a collaborative treatment between a trained therapist and an individual or group. It is important to point out that the primary aim of psychotherapy counseling is to help people understand and overcome emotional and behavioral challenges, promoting mental health and well-being.
