It is an honor to observe others' transformational processes. I love supporting clients connect dots and have lightbulb moments that deepen their awareness and understanding of themselves. While my background is in kids/families and trauma focused modalities, over the years I have discovered joy in working with preteens and teens, and tend to attract clients who have traits of being highly sensitive, emotionally intense, and/or gifted in some way.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and connection. I aim to hold space in a way that allows others to show up as their true, authentic selves. By providing an emotionally safe space, I hope to reconnect my clients back to their tools that may have gotten lost or forgotten: to their inner wisdom and sovereignty. In addition to my personal experiences and professional training, I love learning about a variety of world philosophies and incorporate the wisdom they offer in my practice.
